This Thanksgiving went a lot different then I thought it would. It all started Monday with Mason getting pretty sick, then passing it on to me, and me passing it on to Jesse, and Jesse passing it on to the rest of the family. By Thursday we all were getting better but still not all there. We stayed home for Thanksgiving in fear of getting anyone else sick.
But here is a picture of Jesse's first Deep Fry Turkey and the fam. Mason had Mac and Cheese for Thanksgiving plus some other fun goodies.
Mason's first Thanksgiving! He loved trying to eat this leg. He was very angry when we took it away. He is getting really good at tantrums.

Yeah Christmas Time!!!

The day after Thanksgiving at our house is Christmas decorating. We don't mess around. Christmas is a big deal anyways then add Mason's first Christmas on top of that. Here is Mason and Jesse hanging ornaments on our tree. He loves to look at the lights and he does pretty good at not messing with anything. Which is shocking if you ask me. Mason doesn't leave anything alone.
Our tree has a rustic theme. We are all about the Moose! Our collecting of stockings! One for everyone, even the dogs!
The trees are up, the lights are lit, and the stockings are hung by the chimney with care. I am so ready for Christmas. It won't be a big Christmas but it will be a very special one. With it being Mason's first Christmas and Jesse and mine first Christmas as being parents. It's finally the Holiday Season!

So cute Katie! I'm still trying to find the time to put up our tree and decorations. I'm excited for the holiday but slightly stressed this time of year. We need to get together some time soon. Love you guys!
